Telford Group Ltd are specialists in the supply of Industrial Gases, welding machines, consumable supplies, industrial equipment sales and ground care equipment. We are sole importers and distributors for ranges of welding equipment, sawing machines, workshop tools and ground care maintenance equipment from Italy, France and Turkey, which is sold via a large network of industrial and ground care dealers within the UK and from our central distribution centre in Telford Shropshire.

Every care has been taken by Telford Group Ltd to ensure that the descriptions, specifications and colours of the products featured this web site are correct. However Telford Group Ltd reserves the right to revise product specifications at any time without notice. All measurements are in mm unless stated.

All electrically operated products are supplied in stated voltages of 110 volt, 240-volt single phase or 415 volt 3 phase.
All engine driven products operate on 2 stoke petrol (2% 2 stroke oil/98% unleaded petrol mixture) unless specified by manufacturer or 4 stoke unleaded petrol as stated in the manufactures operator manual supplied with the product.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept VISA and Mastercard credit card payment.
If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else in the world, please contact us via phone or e-mail so we can discuss pricing and shipping arrangements. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. All items are sent via a 24 hour courier service and require to be signed for.
For small orders or for other courier options please contact our sales team who will be happy to discuss any questions you may have.
Delivery Schedule
Subject to stock availability and authorisation of credit card details, we aim to despatch all our orders within 2 working days, so please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. Goods are sent by our nominated carrier and will require a signature upon receipt.
Back Orders
Telford Group try to ensure that we have good stock availability of all our featured products on our web site. However, some goods may sell faster than we predict, so If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.
Credit Card Security
When an order using the Telford Group Ltd Web site is made, credit card details are protected from interception using the highest level of encryption commercially available, known as 128-bit encryption, and depending on the internet browser used, there will be different confirmation that your connection is secure. Most common internet browsers use a closed golden padlock at the foot of the window .The credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when your order is placed using the above mentioned 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer system. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
Telford Group are happy to accept any item for exchange or refund within 28 days of receipt of goods, provided the item is returned unused and in it's original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We recommend that you use a registered postal service to return your item. Telford Group Ltd will not be held liable for the cost of return or lost parcels. Alternatively you can bring the products, along with your receipt to our Telford Offices at the address above.
For returned goods; we will refund the price of the goods but not the delivery charge (unless the entire order was cancelled within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods). For exchanges, the replacement products due to warranty issues Telford Group Ltd will deliver the items to you free of charge.

STANDARD TERMS OF BUSINESS

1."The Company" means the Supplier. "The Customer" means the other party to this Contract.
2.The Conditions of Business hereinafter appearing shall govern this and every other Contract between the Company and the Customer to the total exclusion of any other documents or agreements whether verbal or otherwise until varied or amended by the Company.
3.Quotations and delivery dates are estimates only and shall not bind the Company.
4.If the Company has granted monthly account facilities to the Customer in writing, all invoices must be paid by the last day of the month following the month of delivery. Where no such facilities have been granted, payment will be with order, or where previously agreed, on delivery or completion of services. If payment is not made when due, the Company will be entitled to interest on the amount that is overdue at four per cent above the prevailing base rate of Barclays Bank Plc calculated on a daily basis. This will be without prejudice to any other rights or remedies the Company may have.
5.Delivery shall be to the place stated. Risk shall pass when the goods arrive at such place of delivery.
6.If the delivery is not accepted the full Contract price shall remain due and payable and the Company shall be entitled to charge the Customer for storage.
7.The Company shall not be liable in any way for delays or failure to perform resulting from any cause beyond its control. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect loss, loss of business, profits or any other such matter whether due to late delivery, non delivery, unsuitability or breakdown or stoppage of the goods or services or otherwise howsoever arising.
8.The Customer, or the Customer's agent, will receive and unload the goods and should check them for quantity and condition in the presence of the carrier. If there is a shortage or if any of the goods are in an unsatisfactory condition, the Customer or its agent must so endorse the carrier's delivery document and must give a separate written notice of this to the Company within three days of delivery. If this Condition is unobserved, no claim in respect of shortage or of unsatisfactory condition of the goods will be entertained.
9.No guarantee or warranty as to condition suitability for use or otherwise is given by the Company. The Customer shall be deemed to purchase with full knowledge of the condition and suitability of the goods. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss damage or expense howsoever arising and in no circumstances shall the liability of the Company exceed the invoice price of the goods in regard to which a complaint is made.
10.This Contract shall be subject to English Law*
11.Until the price of the goods and/or services comprised in this and every other Contract between the Company and the Customer has been paid in full:
(a) Title to and property in the goods shall remain vested in the Company (notwithstanding the delivery of the same and the passing of the risk therein);
(b) The Company may at any time recover and resell the goods if the Customer shall breach the Contract or have distress or execution levied against or commits any act of bankruptcy or has a receiver or liquidator appointed or ceases or threatens to cease business or any such event is in the opinion of the Company likely to occur and/or if any sum owed by the Customer to the Company under any Contract is not paid on the due date for payment. For the purpose of exercising such rights the Company, its employees or agents together with all necessary and appropriate transport shall be entitled to free and unrestricted entry upon the Customer's premises and/or all other locations where the goods are situated;
(c) The Customer shall possess the goods as trustee for the Company. If the Company so requires, the Customer shall store the goods for the Company in a proper manner without charge to the Company and ensure that they are clearly identified as belonging to the Company. The Company shall be entitled to examine the goods in storage at any time during normal business hours and upon giving the Customer reasonable notice thereof;
d) The Customer is hereby authorized to sell the goods in the ordinary course of its business for the account of the Company and to pass good title in the goods to the Customer's customers being bona fide purchasers for value without notice of the Company's rights but the Customer's right of re-sale shall automatically cease upon the occurrence of any of the events specified in sub-condition (b) hereof;
(e) Upon the re-sale of the goods by the Customer the proceeds of sale shall be received and held by the Customer in trust for the Company in a separate bank account in the names of the Company and the Customer if the Company shall so require but the Customer shall be entitled to retain for himself there from any excess over the amount then outstanding under this and every other contract between the Company and the Customer.
